LATEST UPDATE WITH STORE TRADING HOURS
Eyes Optometrists South Yarra and Richmond are open. However due to Covid rules, we do require that all customers make an appointment prior to your visit. Our opening hours are:
MON: Closed
TUE-FRI: 10am – 6pm
SAT: 10am – 3pm
SUN: Closed
If you are showing symptoms of COVID-19 or suspect you may be ill; have been in contact with a known or suspected case of COVID-19 or or are currently awaiting results from a recent COVID-19 test please do not enter the store. Please postpone appointments to a later date once any sign of transmission is cleared.
KEEPING US ALL SAFE
Upon entry: Wearing a mask and social distancing in store is mandatory in Victoria. We also ask all customers to check in using the QR code and sterilise their hands as they enter the store with hand sanitiser provided at the entrance. Our team works at arm’s length and avoid touching patients whenever possible.
Additional precautions: Our daily cleaning procedures are already thorough, but we are taking extra precautions with additional cleaning and disinfecting of our stores and consulting rooms.
All consulting rooms are cleaned before and after each appointment. Cleaning includes the disinfecting of all equipment, desks, door handles, tables etc. This happens before and after every appointment, and also at the beginning and end of each day. All frames are cleaned after each customer tries them on or handles them.
We thoroughly wash hands and use hand sanitiser regularly during the day. Our team knows that they must self-isolate if they are ill, or even if they suspect they might be ill.
